This project was design by Ogawa Architect and built by Rosleand Construction. The entire kitchen was demolished down to the studs. Structural upgrades were done to allow for a new doorway leading to the backyard. All new windows, flooring, cabinets, and countertops were installed. The trim was made so that it both matched the wood type of the new cabinets and the classic style found throughout the house. A new deck was built for the new door. Other upgrades included a new high-efficiency furnace and a new instant hot water tank.
